I don't see why there is so much talk. The government should stop debating and start doing. In my mind the solution is very simple. There are two options. Options 1 - round up as many illegals as possible and send them home. Then protect the borders very agressively not worrying about what is politically correct. Option 2 - allow illegals to come forward and recieve a work card by which they will be taxed and become a useful member of the country that they have been fleecing for so many years. Give them two or three years to learn to speak English. At the end of that time give them a test in language and civics. If they pass the test then they can stay and continue to be a part of the American Society. If they want to remain Mexican and not try to be American then they can go back. I sure as hell am tired of my tax dollars supporting them so that they can receive more benefits then I get. It always has amazed me how illegals can figure out how to get all the things they need...medical, schooling, jobs and tax paying Americans can't. Other countries do this. I know for a fact from my girlfriend who married a man in the Netherlands. She was given three year to learn how to write and speak the language. She has passed the written test and now is very concerned about the spoken one. She is married and has a baby and if she fails this test, she will be sent home. So, you see, it is not unprecedented in the international society to send people back. I worry about America all the time. It scares me that our self serving politicans are more concerned about 12 million votes than about doing what is right for America. The silent majority needs to wake and wake up NOW!!!!!!! I write letters and make phone calls all the time, but I need millions of you to help me. The politicans need to know that they may get the 12 million votes but they will lose the rest of America. Stand up and be heard. YELL...SCRATCH...SCREAM...DEFEND.
